- Empty and wet vacuum the hot tub
- Deep clean of the shell
- Wash down and clean the cabinet, if plastic use a polish and shine spray
- Change or clean filters, new filters to be supplied by customer
- Visual inspection of pumps and air blowers
- Visual health check of ozonator, if present
- Visual health check of all pipework and glued joints
- Visual health check of circulation pump including shaft seal, if present, for evidence of leaks
- Visual health check of heater for evidence of leaks
- Check topside control panel functionality
- Visual check of all union joints for leaks, tighten if necessary
- Spa refilled with fresh water
- Spa started and all pumps primed of air
- Initial chemical dosing
- Service report with any comments and advice
