- Complete system flush, chemical wash out of the pumps and pipework using a chemical cleaner
- Empty, wet vacuum and rinse of hot tub shell
- Jets and headrests inspected
- Change or clean filters, new filters to be supplied by customer
- Visual inspection of pumps and air blowers
- Check ozonator, if present
- Full plumbing inspection for leaks, unless full foam, all pipework and glued joints visually inspected
- Check circulation pump including shaft seal, if present, for evidence of leaks
- Check heater for evidence of leaks
- Check topside control panel functionality
- Inspect all union joints for leaks and tighten if necessary
- Spa refilled with fresh water, started and all pumps primed of air
- Initial chemical dosing, using customers chemicals
- Service report with any comments and advice
- Wash down and polish shell with acrylic cleaner
- Check acrylic for delamination
- Clean all jet fronts
- Remove any built up scum line with acrylic cleaner
- Wash down and treat the lid with cover protector with UV and water repellant
- Wash down and clean the cabinet, if plastic use a polish and shine spray
- Visual inspection and bracket oiling of cover lifter, if required
- Chlorine dioxide super shock bio treatment to eliminate up to 99 percent of biofilm
